- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
standard pricing is from$ 40-150 for full grooms depending on size and hair conditions. No hidden charges for fleas or matting.. set price for each doggy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers I like to have a phone conversation first to get to know them and their pet. Establishing trust is key. I ask questions about past grooming experience that brought them looking for someone else and that will reveal issues with there pet or worries mom or dad may have.. I want my clients to know why Im the best and they will never have to look again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8 years of grooming under my belt. I was trained by the best and most loving woman in the world.. Grooming school is not how I learned and I proudly admit to it. I was trained hands on and face to face so there was no room for mistakes.. I love my job..
