FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for video work depends on the project, but I keep it simple with a structured system: Basic, Standard, Premium, and Custom. Each tier is designed for different levels of editing and color work, so you only pay for what you actually need. Basic – quick edits, simple fixes, short clips. Standard – full edits with clean pacing, audio, graphics, Library avatar Premium – advanced editing, full color grading, look development, and polished delivery. Plus AI avatar spokesperson creation. Custom – anything outside the standard packages, starting at an affordable minimum for small one‑off tasks or large productions. Includes custom AI avatar spokesperson creation. Use for color grading raw footage, multi-avatar conversational flicks or animation. Color grading, screen‑recording tutorials, and AI‑avatar videos each have clear pricing based on complexity, length, and turnaround time. No hidden fees, no surprise charges — everything is quoted upfront before work begins. If a project is unusual or highly technical, I’ll give you a custom quote so you know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I keep the workflow simple and communication‑friendly. Here's how the process flows: 1. You send the footage or screen‑recording request. 2. We confirm the scope, timeline, and price. 3. I complete the first draft. 4. You review and request revisions. 5. I deliver the final, polished video. For color grading, I also ask for: Reference images or looks you like, any problem shots I should know about, your preferred delivery format. For screen‑recording tutorials, I can: Record the screen for you, edit your recording, add narration or AI voice, create AI avatar spokesperson, or build a full tutorial from scratch.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professionally trained colorist with experience in exposure correction, white balance, scene matching, and look development. I also have training in screen‑recording production, tutorial structure, AI‑avatar video creation, audio cleanup, and professional editing workflows. In addition to my creative work, I hold a degree in broadcast electronics, an FCC First Class Radiotelephone License, 20 years of experience as a Senior Video Engineer, and 10 years of experience as a Senior Colorist. Your project is handled with real technical skill, industry knowledge, and professional‑level precision.
