Yurware was wonderful to work with! Within just a couple of days of discovering my laptop wouldn't boot up and my charger was broken, Kevin at Yurware was able to fix my computer, and he kindly lent me a charger that I could use until I purchased a new one. He even gave recommendations on how my computer could run faster and I could keep my files safely stored. Kevin knows his stuff and you can tell he really wants to help however he can. My rates are $70/hr for residential customers. For businesses, my rate is $80/hr. Custom software development jobs are typically quoted lump-sum.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first discuss the specifics of the job with the customer. If any parts are needed, I obtain necessary information for ordering. Then, I provide my customer with an estimate for the parts and labor necessary to complete the task.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an Environmental Engineering degree from Northwestern University and I am an Oracle certified Database Administrator and a Novell CNA.
