Since 2000, Yurware has been creating and supporting custom web-based information management software and providing database and information management consulting services. Our services also include corporate network creation and support, as well as personal computer and home network repair. Working on-site in the West Michigan area or via remote VPN anywhere in the United States, Yurware can also contractually provide 24/7 phone and email technical support. I take pride in my customer service and enjoy the personal aspect of my work. Every customer has different technology needs and I enjoy being able to meet them where they are and design a solution that fits them individually.

My rates are $70/hr for residential customers. For businesses, my rate is $80/hr. Custom software development jobs are typically quoted lump-sum.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first discuss the specifics of the job with the customer. If any parts are needed, I obtain necessary information for ordering. Then, I provide my customer with an estimate for the parts and labor necessary to complete the task.

I hold an Environmental Engineering degree from Northwestern University and I am an Oracle certified Database Administrator and a Novell CNA.
