Also offering hiking sessions with a yoga practice included. Group sessions are $15 a person with a minimum rate of $100 depending on your location. Chelsea is also available for hire for retreats to teach classes. Lastly, Chelsea offers meditation classes to help reduce stress or anxiety, uplift you from depression and to help you recover from trauma.

Chelsea is currently helping me train for my first bikini competition in July. What impresses me about Chelsea is the genuine love she has for what she does. I can tell that she truly does want to help me push my limits. She is constantly giving me new tips on diet, exercise and overall health. She is always ready to answer any of my questions, with joy! She even make the effort to contact me just to check in. I love having Chelsea as my coach and I am excited to share my first competition with her!

I love True Grit Fitness! Chelsea does a great job motivating her clients. She is very knowledgeable about different workout plans that suit your individual needs as well as nutrition advice to help you achieve your goals. I can not say enough good things about the True Grit Fitness Program!

I worked with True Grit Fitness leading up to my first Bikini Competition. She did a very good job catering workouts and meal plans directly to me, and I could tell that it was not a cookie cutter plan that a lot of trainers will hand out to all of their clients. I had bi-weekly check ins including pictures and measurements and always received feedback in a timely manner. I also was able to email, text, or call whenever I had questions, needed some encouragement, or really anything else that I needed! She was always there in my corner leading and helping me to step on stage confident for my first time ever. Although most of my time with True Grit was spent online or through phone, I was also able to meet with her in person when I needed to work on posing, get a personal training session in, or just to chat about the weeks to come. I was extremely happy with the service provided while working with her and will continue to do so in the future!!
