Also offering hiking sessions with a yoga practice included. Group sessions are $15 a person with a minimum rate of $100 depending on your location. Chelsea is also available for hire for retreats to teach classes. Lastly, Chelsea offers meditation classes to help reduce stress or anxiety, uplift you from depression and to help you recover from trauma.

Chelsea is currently helping me train for my first bikini competition in July. What impresses me about Chelsea is the genuine love she has for what she does. I can tell that she truly does want to help me push my limits. She is constantly giving me new tips on diet, exercise and overall health. She is always ready to answer any of my questions, with joy! She even make the effort to contact me just to check in. I love having Chelsea as my coach and I am excited to share my first competition with her!
