Let's be real, BLS certification is never something anyone looks forward to. It's one of those things that just feels like a necessary chore. But Jay He actually made the whole experience way more bearable. Dude's got a great vibe, keeps things light and actually explains things in a way that sticks. He kept the class engaging, and before I knew it, the whole day was over. I went in dreading it, but ended up feeling pretty good about the whole thing. Highly recommend if you want to get certified without falling asleep halfway through.
