- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am Safe-serve certified as well as TAM certified. It is very important to keep up on the current laws and food safety requirements in this field. I also read many articles on genetically modified food as well as dietary and allergy concerns. I have a middle child with Celiac disease and am personally devoted to making delicious Gluten Free options. My oldest son is Type 1 diabetic, carb counts and ingredients ARE MY LIFE!
