- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and competitive, with no surprise fees. For ongoing services, we offer seasonal packages and multi-property discounts. Most projects are priced based on size, scope, and frequency, and we always provide a free estimate upfront. We’re happy to work with your budget where possible and will clearly outline any optional add-ons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to understand your needs and goals, then schedule a site visit to evaluate the property in person. From there, we provide a detailed estimate and customized plan of action. Once approved, we schedule the work promptly and maintain open communication throughout the project. We pride ourselves on being dependable, responsive, and thorough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over a decade of hands-on experience in property maintenance, landscaping, and snow removal, including running MowCo., LLC. My background includes irrigation systems, routine mowing, seasonal landscaping, and working with HOA boards and property management teams.
