Initial contact was told he was 2 weeks out on scheduling and that was fine with me. Tim was able to fit me in to his schedule and came out the next day. He helped me move my grill up a hill and was very nice and affordable. Gave me advice on ordering parts and even researched the parts for me. Very nice and prompt.
