- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have different pricing for my Zoom programs (in real-time appoinments) than I do for Virtual Video, my app-based programs that do not involve regular appointments: Zoom programs: 15-minute Touchpoint sessions, $30 35-minute sessions range from $60 to $80 60-minute sessions range from $100 to $120 90-minute sessions range from $145 to $180 Virtual Video: $100 every 4 weeks for fully personalized programs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Great question! Since I present on different topics and can offer different niches within those topics, I find it best to first gather some understanding of (A) your expectations and preferences and (B) your audience and what kinds of topics will interest them most. I've spoken to very different audiences over the years, and therefore have learned to be very versatile and to plan accordingly to the needs of the group. Once we've determined our topic(s) and any niches within it, a payment is required to reserve your preferred date and time. There is never any risk of double-booking, and I will arrive well before our scheduled time with room to spare.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background in the health sciences dates back to my college days, when I first began studying exercise science and nutrition. I went on to become a certified ACE Health Coach and ACE Personal Trainer, and I began working as a regular Subject Matter Expert for ACE in 2011, contributing to their exam decisions and editing process. I've spoken publicly as a Health & Wellness Director for Evangelical Homes of Michigan, and as a freelance speaker for various well-known weight loss groups and medical groups, as well as for many corporations and communities.
