All American responded to my initial on-line request the same day. The damage to our door needed repair asap. They scheduled the work for the next day and arrived exactly when scheduled. They got straight to work, replaced all of the damaged panels, had on hand parts that were needed, tuned up the operation of the door like new and cleaned up everything afterwards. I was reassured when they left a business card next to the door opener. They will be first on the list to call if ever I need garage door work. Their parting remarks were “Stay healthy, and call any time if you have any problems.”
