Came out and replaced the doors, but informed me AFTER the fact that they didn't seal the door becuse "that's what a caulking guy does". I have never in my life heard of a company that installs an exterior door and doesn't seal it. Very disappointed especially since I hired them to replace the patio since it was leaking. Now I have a new patio door that will still leak until I can find someone to seal it. They did haul away my old doors as a courtesy but stated they don't typically do that either. Actual installation of the door looks good. They were quick and you could tell they knew what they were doing.

I used AVA Window LLC to replace two panels of a sliding patio door that had been defective and the pieces replaced under warranty . Based on my experience, I have no hesitation to strongly recommend the company. Valentin was knowledgeable and personable. When certain warranty replacement parts were damaged in shipment to me, he found a way to use the existing parts so installation did not have to be delayed. The work was done neatly and professionally and the technicians cleaned up afterwards. Moreover, the charge was quite reasonable in relation to the required work.
