- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Rêverynce, you’re in control. Instead of paying by the hour, you select the exact tasks you want done from our service menu. Each task is priced individually, so you only pay for what matters to you. We do have a minimum booking requirement of 5 tasks or a 2-hour block. For smaller bookings under that, there’s a $35 base service fee to cover travel and setup. For customers who want regular cleanings and better savings, we also offer monthly subscription plans (Bronze, Silver, Copper, and Palladium) that give you discounted pricing and priority scheduling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Inquiry & Discovery Customer contacts us through our website, Thumbtack, or referral. We gather essential details (home size, priorities, special requests, and any service add-ons like baseboards, laundry, or deep cleaning). We explain our pricing structure (minimum tasks or hours, service fee, and membership options). --- 2. Customized Service Proposal Based on the customer’s input, we recommend the best service package (Standard, Deep, Move-in/out, or Custom Task Bundle). We provide transparent pricing upfront and encourage the customer to book directly through our website for convenience. --- 3. Booking & Confirmation Customer selects a date/time using our online system. They receive a confirmation email outlining what to expect, any prep notes (e.g., declutter surfaces), and our policies (minimums, cancellations, etc.). --- 4. First Service Visit Our trained team arrives on time, fully equipped with eco-friendly products and professional tools. We walk through the space with the customer (if available) to confirm priorities. Service is completed according to Rêverynce’s high-detail cleaning system. --- 5. Quality Check & Feedback At the end of the visit, we do a final walkthrough or provide a photo/video update (if customer is away). Customer shares feedback to ensure expectations are met or exceeded. Adjustments are noted for future visits. --- 6. Ongoing Relationship Customer receives a follow-up email or text thanking them and offering to schedule recurring service. They’re introduced to our membership tiers (Bronze, Silver, Copper, Palladium) for discounts, priority booking, and added perks.
