- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While most jobs i can do with no required "extra fee" and those aren't going to fund me in any way, the parts needed for some repairs are REQUIRED to fix the issue. EXAMPLE: broken screen. i will need to purchase you a new screen. this will not be included in my price unless i know EXACTLY what screen i need in advance. (mentioned this as it is the most highly misunderstood quote Ive given

Life long interest, skills, and talent i have formed. its my passion, my past-time, and my profession, online, and in my 48 hour a week full-time job.

Operating system reinstall, virus removal and hard drive cleanup, repairs, and internal cleaning for laptops and desktops. custom installations of new parts and software.
