Set up appointment for deep clean. He had another opportunity come up on the day we had set (Saturday), but as long as we were cleaned before Monday, I was flexible. On Friday, I stressed that I absolutely needed to know well in advance if he wasn't going to make it as I have been very ill and it takes me quite a while to clean the house myself. I was assured that he would absolutely be here. Shortly before our appointment, he canceled and there's no way I can get the house cleaned at this point. While he stated that he had a family member in the ER, that's an excuse I have heard 3x now from cleaners when making appointments on weekends. Especially the first sunny, 70 degree day of the year... No one needs an unreliable cleaner so I guess he did me a favor by canceling on the first clean...

Again I am very sorry I was not able to make it on our scheduled appointment. Usually this does not happen. I was in the hospital with my 8 month old son (not just an excuse) Sorry to leave you disappointed, I wish I could have helped.

Sean did an excellent job assembling a brand new treadmill. He really took his time and did a great job. He worked completely independently and his work was excellent. Highly recommended. Will use hims for future projects for sure.

We needed a mailbox post stump dug up, and a new one installed. Sean replied promptly to all the messages and arrived at the agreed upon time. He removed the old post and installed a new one in a relatively short time. The new post was installed per USPS guidelines. Overall we were very satisfied with the work and will hire them again for other jobs.
