Kevin helped me purchase and set up a desktop computer as well as a laptop for my office. The best thing about Kevin's service is that he is very thorough. He was on time and the result was what I'd hoped for. The only fault I can find is that setting up both computers took quite a bit of time - particularly my desktop - but because I wouldn't attempt to do it for myself, I can't complain. Kevin is very trustworthy.

I've had a business relationship with Kevin Vaughn since 2005. I've purchased several pieces of hardware and software from Kevin as well as subscribed to his online problem/debugging service which has been most beneficial. I've rated Kevin as outstanding because he goes the extra mile. He knows my business and anticipates needs which I have not given any thought. I replace my systems about every three years to keep current. Historically that was a dreaded time. Now with Kevin all that has changed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a "break fix" pricing agreement that we have customers sign via DocUSign. Rates for home users can be a low as $60 per hour. Businesses can expect to pay $145.00 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to talk to everyone before quoting. We understand that circumstances are important and usually the quote request are lacking in details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been doing this for 10 + year Kevin has his MCSE and prior to opening the doors of A One Networks, worked for Pontiac Schools as the IT Manager.
