Wil, the guy who came was so professional and polite. He offered to come back that same day to replace but I needed to discuss with my husband. That put us into the weekend and after checking other options (buying our own heater and just having them install, checking some other prices) we could see that what Z Plumberz was quoting us was a fair price. So we approved the estimate and they came back out on the scheduled day and within an hour we had a new water heater installed. Again, so nice and he spent time on the phone both days with our home warranty company working out what they'd pay towards it. It was terrific experience from start to finish and we will definitely use them again in the future and recommend to anyone looking for service."See more
