- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I suggest a $2.99 retail. For trays, they are $1.50 a brownie and I cut them in half. there is a picture posted of an example of a brownie tray.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not only do I have degrees in Culinary arts and baking and pastry arts, I am Serve Safe Certified (sanitation).
