This person and his workers are scam artists taking advantage of new families and seniors in Michigan. I have confirmed many families and individuals who they have ripped off and just disappeared after they get some money. They do not have a builders license and Pat does not have a sick child. His partner does not have a builders license...ask to speak with the license holder. I have already filed against this mysterious partner. Do not give him any money! Check out Dynasty Construction, Pat (Patrick) Engebretson, (734) 799-7849. 28590 Cleveland St, Livonia, MI 48150 or 734-525-4393. This is a home address and not a business. The old address was in Belleville and it it a rental house. He and people the he has scammed can be found on Craigslist. He owes me money that was paid and also money to fix his mess! I have all the info on him. I have statements from former employers and his customers!
