I specialize in cleaning and organizing, from residential to businesses.
Outside of my career, which I'll explain a bit later, I have literally been cleaning since I was a little girl. Starting with a 4 bedroom 1.5 bath house with finished basement where 2 adults, 7+ children, 4 dogs, and multiple other pets resided. This home was often extremely cluttered and messy, and the need for deep cleaning never ended. I would also help other family members with the cleaning and organizing of their homes. As an adult I spent several years cleaning and organizing for many families and homes of all sizes, requiring different types/levels of cleaning.
My career experience has been with sterile processing departments so I am extremely knowledgeable in cleaning, sanitizing, disinfecting, and sterilizing. My experience as a Manager and Director of Central Sterile Processing Departments was at large and small hospitals. At the most basic level, I was responsible for the cleaning and disinfecting or sterilization of all reusable surgical instruments and equipment as well as other patient equipment used throughout the organization as well as off site clinics. It is an extremely complex department to run and the responsibilities and tasks are numerous; but I'm sure you can see the value in the necessary knowledge for the field. I have a very deep understanding/knowledge of what is needed to SAFELY and EFFECTIVELY clean/disinfect/sanitize/sterilize a multitude of different materials. I am also extremely experienced with remodeling and reorganizing departments and storage areas (as well as residential areas), which often presents with the challenge of space and/or excessive clutter.
I have also moved 17 times, 3 of those moves being across the country. I am EXTREMELY experienced with all things moving. From packing/unpacking to organizing and storage and utilizing the space in the most effective way.

I understand every job is different and not everyone keeps as clean a space as others. I am comfortable with most types of messes and levels of dirty-ness... with the PROPER protective gear when needed. ☆If your job is heavily soiled, extremely cluttered, has any animal or body fluids or would require any special cleaning products- I must be notified PRIOR to hiring☆
That being said, my health is also very important to me. Therefore, I will cancel a job if I do not have what I need to safely do the job.
