I decided to get into the business because I am a landlord and I have several years of experience in apartment and single family property management. The question I asked myself was why not go into business for myself.....FULL TURN MANAGEMENT was developed.

If you are a homeowner who has decided to rent your property out you must accept the fact your home is now a business for financial goals. The hardest part for most homeowners is letting go of the attachment they have.
