Would highly recommend Phil and the very polite crew that did a great job! Only have good things to say and grateful that they escalated our install for us. They installed their AI camera system that scan plates for us. We needed to track down license plates to see who was repeatedly attempting to gain access to our locked entry doors wearing masks after hours. They were caught, this time breaking and fleeing before we could get there. Police caught the pair thanks to Hometown Networks amazing app. I forwarded the evidence to the police and haven't had anything happen since. Everything was effortless which I was not expecting with the size of the project. They did a massive WiFi deployment for our headquarters last year and all our staff love the new WiFi in our building. They also did our Axis 360 cameras. Our leadership is planning other office locations to be redone by Hometown. I don't normally leave reviews as I have a lot on my plate, but I just received a holiday gift basket thanking us for our business. Great people to work with. Our go to WiFi Vendor.

Needed 7 wires terminated and wall plated. Phil was very detailed and did his due diligence to make sure everything was perfect. Even the slightest mistakes from previous install bay the cable company were corrected. Recommend these guys. Will be using them in the future for upcoming projects.

Made an appt on Friday, and waited for someone to show up but they never did. Gave Phil a call after the no-show, and was told that my appointment was never made. Annoying but they rescheduled asap and waived the fee for inspection. Finally had someone come out and look at my equipment, I expressed interest in using their services to fix my cameras, and then was told I would be getting a quote but nothing. Reached out a couple of times and still, no response. Very unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend them unless you want to have your time wasted.

I do not recommend. Paid invoice 100% and we are being pushed to sign a very long contract after the work is completed and the payment is made in full.

We offer a 2% discount to clients that pay their full invoice anytime before halfway point of project completion.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet our clients either by phone or in person. If the work is significant, we prefer to visit in person to discuss the scope of the work to be performed. This allows us to give a more accurate estimate, rather than just giving out a blanket amount which may not benefit our client.
