I cannot rave more about Athena's closer. My wife and I had an in home cooking class with Christy. It was amazing. Christy was punctual and we'll prepared. We had a great time and learned a ton of new techniques to practice. Looking forward to using some of things see taught us for when we host the holidays this year.
