This guy is not licensed. He has a song and dance about why you don't need to pull permits, which is a lie. He will re-do your electrical & plumbing, but he doesn't know what he's doing. He ruined my bathroom and cost me over $4,000. I would strongly suggest looking somewhere else for a trustworthy contractor who stands behind their work.
