I called Lisa after a disappointing experience with another property management company left me feeling very discouraged. Im an out of town owner. She took the timewhether it was in the evening or the weekend to talk to me about how the market is in MI and how she could help me out. She has a lot of knowledge about the market and specific areas of Detroit that Im interested in. Within a couple of days I had photos and an assessment of what needed to be done. Her contracts are fair and her service is professional. So far, Im very happy and looking forward to having Lisa on my team!!

Scott did a great job in helping to turn our Warren rental property ( of which was returned in very rough shape ) into a clean wonderful home that showed very well once listed. His help with cleaning, painting, deck repairs, and haul-away was and is tremendously appreciated. His help with general recommendations and advice during the project was appreciated as well. Since I needed to work with a trustworthy contractor being remotely located 12 hours away in Atlanta his trust and value was immense. Scott is highly recommended!!

What does a property management company do?

Property management companies manage the rental of residential homes, apartments, condos, commercial spaces and retail spaces. Why is property management important?

A property management company can be a landlord’s greatest asset. As a neutral third party, the property manager handles the day-to-day operations of a real estate investment, from a single vacation home to a large apartment building or several rental properties. Do property managers need to be licensed?
