Scheduled a time at his convenience. Changed my schedule around just to make it work. Then he doesnt even respond when its time to come for the quote at the time he suggested. Called again the next day, no answer. Dont waste your time with this one

I let the customer know I was sick that day and had to go to the hospital. Called him right back to reschedule within 2 minutes of him calling to no response. Tried calling again multiple times that day with no answer. We pride ourselves on clear communication at my company and tried numerous times to reschedule with this customer.
