Tom came over and did an inspection for our first home last week. He was very informative, and I did not understand how informative he was until I got the full report from him through email with pictures explanations and why they problems were bad if present (health, repair... etc) He pointed out alot of things that we had not seen which we now know we need to work on. The city didn't turn on our water and the bank didn't turn on our gas till the day after he came, and he came back out. Very Professional, and very thorough. I would give him 5 stars, but this is our first home and I have nothing to compare him to :D Do plan on using him again for our next home (Price was very reasonable.)

Tom did a very nice job going through a prospective house for us. He was thorough and very professional. If my husband and I need a home inspection done in the future we will definitely look to Tom.

Tom exhibited the highest level of professionalism. He showed up on time, performed a very extensive inspection, and answered all my follow up questions. He provided me with an energy audit, and a maintenance schedule, along with his inspection. The fee for his services was very reasonable, affordable and well worth his efforts. I wholeheartedly recommend this consummate profession and would use him again in the future.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
yes. 40 hours of continuing education every year as well as pass the inspector exam yearly.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ive been interested in this type of work for awhile now. I do my own renovations on my home and I wanted to actually inspect complete houses. It is very intriguing to me.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Please dont consider hiring me just on price alone. I am very competitive in setting fees. If you think hiring a professional is expensive, try hiring an amateur. That I am extremely dedicated to the client. I will do everything for you I can to make a pleasurable experience. Rest assured I am more than qualified to perform for you.
