I had furniture to be picked up at a different location and brought to me. Pickup was scheduled for 2pm. At 1:15, I received a message telling me that they were behind and asking me if 3 would be ok instead. I said sure. At 3:50, they were “on their way to get it.” At 4:36 I messaged asking for an update, because the furniture still hadn’t been picked up. At 5:09 I FINALLY received a message telling me they were 50 minutes away. So they apparently lied about being on the way at 3:50… I finally said I’d reschedule with someone else. Four hours of my day AND the people I was buying the furniture from… I had things to do as I’m sure she did but our time means nothing to these people. I have never been treated less professionally. Don’t call this place if you want professional and reliable because they ARE NOT IT.
