They arrived on time and were wonderful in working with my cousin (who is 80) to help her understand what was needed to hang her chandeliers. They were very sweet in explaining to her how she needed to get work done on the one light and that the other could not be hung in her space due to weight issues. She also needed two motion cameras to be installed and they did that free of charge! You don't meet vendors like them often. When she finally gets her light fixed, we will definitely call them back to install it.
