I used AVA Window LLC to replace two panels of a sliding patio door that had been defective and the pieces replaced under warranty . Based on my experience, I have no hesitation to strongly recommend the company. Valentin was knowledgeable and personable. When certain warranty replacement parts were damaged in shipment to me, he found a way to use the existing parts so installation did not have to be delayed. The work was done neatly and professionally and the technicians cleaned up afterwards. Moreover, the charge was quite reasonable in relation to the required work.

Great European windows, doors pivot doors sliding doors best product is at a very attractive price also.Ive been using for more then 3 years on allMy spec houses.Lead time up to 2 months from ordering definitely better then anyone on the market for this kind of product, sound proof double or triple glass.Highly recommend AVA Windows!!!

Ava windows is professional and reliable. I imported and installed curtain walls in a new construction about 15 tons of triple glazed glass. A few pieces of glass broke in transport inside the 40ft container but Ava was able to replace them in no time. The quality is great and price unbeatable.
