I was at a very difficult place in my life and needed to move out of my house in a hurry. John was the first and only one to respond. I had nothing packed nor did I have packing supplies or boxes. He provided everything as asked and was very supportive until the job was done. He helped me with furniture placement at my new place. He even came back to pick up the plastic storage bins. He will be my go-to mover from now on.

*****I wish I could give 10 stars!!! ***** John and his Moving Team (John & John) are absolutely THE BEST and THE FASTEST moving company I've ever experienced!! They were so fast that, even though I had already packed about 30 boxes of stuff in my finished basement, that was all out the door and in their truck in 40 minutes or so, leaving me huffing and puffing trying keep up with their pace! I truly believed that, if I'd been "fully packed" and ready for them, my move would have taken 2 hours total (and that's for about two 12 foot trucks worth of stuff!!). I'm serious people: THEY ARE FAST like Speedy Gonzalez, so if you aren't FULLY packed and ready to go, you're just going to slow them down! Haha! **My recommendations are 2: *1.) USE THEM! and *2.) Pre-Pack as MUCH AS POSSIBLE so they can whip through it all in lightning speed, leaving your head dizzy with amazement at just how fast they can get you moved into your new location!! But, if not, they will HELP YOU PACK in lightning speed using their wonderful "Pack & Stack" Totes, making it all the easier! My moving need was for items in my home going between garage, basement, and first floor. John and John were great ... quick, efficient, careful. One item was too large to make it down to the basement (they measured every which way and tried different solutions) , but they wound up moving it to a place that worked for me. We were able to match up our busy schedules with good phone and text contact. Very satisfied with quality and price.

John from Pleasing Disposition was a pleasure to deal with. This was a small job to move a very heavy television (>300 lbs) I was selling from my family room and load it into the buyer's car. The buyer was 3 hours late but that did not phase John at all and he stopped out at 10pm to get the job done. I would not hesitate to hire this company again for my future moving needs.
