I started with Quintin about 6 months ago. Since that time he has helped me to get more out of my workouts which has not only helped my health but also my self confidence. He is a fantastic motivator and is always upbeat and positive while pushing me to set and achieve new goals in health and fitness!

For personal training in boxing, strength and cardio workouts I highly recommend Quintin Torres. I've had several sessions of each and I'm very impressed not only with his skill but his knowledge of how the human body works and the best training to incorporate based on your sport. I'll continue to train with him.

I used to be a much larger man than I am now. I came in an impasse in my diet and exercise routine and was unsure of what to do. I hired Quintin to help me figure that out and help me to achieve my goals. In my first session he sat me down and asked me what I wanted to achieve and made a personal plan to get me to those goals. I've been having training sessions with him for awhile now and he always makes it a point to explain the purpose of each and everything we do and how it will help me reach the end result. Overall a great trainer and would definitely recommend him to anyone who asks!
