FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We start you off with a FREE session, and we then have our No Minimum To Buy Program at a fair price that includes our travel and equipment (so you have nothing more to add onto the price per session). We also offer a 40-Session Commitment Package, and that can be easily broken down into a 3-month payment plan on our website, in one click, with no credit check or financing. Rates vary by location. Please see our website's Rates page!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking for your medical and injury history, as well as some questions relating to your exercise history, likes and dislikes. Then, if you're willing, we run some fitness tests right there in your home or preferred location. This tells us which muscles aare overactive, underactive, or otherwise problematic, and gives an indication of your current cardiorespiratory recovery and abilities. Finally, with your permission, we assess movement patterns, posture, and gain other valuable insight so that your program is as safe and effective as possible. We understand if you want to skip to a generic workout instead. We then put together your program, considering your goals, safety issues, corrective exercise, proper intensities and much more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're all top-certified personal trainers, and many of us are college degreed in the exercise and fitness sciences or kinisiology. We also have our own in-house programs for connecting us to the guidelines for each and every type of medical issue and fitness goal, so we stay very current with our education.
