Would have given more stars if possible.Original job done in May of 2011. Last week I had found a leak in my basement and had to take a panel down. I broke some molding while doing it. I wanted the panel replaced properly so I called on Monday and asked for an estimate. Not only did they give me a super inexpensive estimate to drive all the way out here and do the repair, they said they could be out the very next day.I had to decline because I still had to fix the leak (coming from gap in outdoor sprinkler system pipe) and test the repair. We agreed on a few days later.I just wanted panel replaced properly. They did the panel and the molding at no extra cost.If my basement had been drywall there would have been actual damage and the repair would have cost a hundreds.My repair to the gap that caused the leak cost me $4 and the panel was simply replaced.If you are thinking of finishing your basement, at least talk to this company. Get an estimate. I could not be more pleased with the finished product and this return visit.

It is indeed rare these days when a company lives up to its advertising, let alone surpasses it. Our basement was completed in just under two weeks. A neighbor down the street had their basement done and the contractor took 11 weeks, and quite honestly we were happier with ours than they were with theirs. We have never had a second thought about our decision to use Impressive Basements. From beginning to end they lived up to their word. There was a point at which they told me they wanted to put in several extra lights that were not in the original quote, when i asked how much extra, I was told nothing. They were just doing it because it was the right thing to do. I was astounded. From meeting with Mike to the wonderful trades people, never have we been so satisfied.

My experience with Impressive Basements was first rate from the initial consultation (w/ Mike) until the final day of installation. What sets this team apart from other basement companies is that they offer one-stop, all encompassing services in that the customer is not working with multiple suppliers. Impressive Basements uses their own trusted plumbers and electricians and carpet installers, etc - people that they have established relationships with already. This is a huge plus for a customer who isn't having to coordinate flooring with the carpet people, where no one is waiting on the other. All the necessary specialists to complete our basement were working and coordinating together to make the schedule work in order to complete the installation as committed. I appreciate the consistency in the crew who came. They were professional and NEAT! Before leaving each day, everything was safely put away. No messes left behind. We LOVE our basement and highly recommend Impressive Basements for their workmanship, quality wall system, and promised delivery of completion. Doug, the owner came out personally to check on the progress and that impressed me too! Communication was stress free! :)

Highly recommended! My husband and I had carpet installed in our basement and our floors replaced in our kitchen and living room roughly four years ago, needless to say we were very impressed with the end result. The selection and scheduling process was seamless thanks to great communication and efficiency by the sales rep. All three rooms were completed from start to finish in less than two days. The installers were professional, friendly, hardworking, and noticeably respectful of our home. About a week after install, our puppy decided to "play" with our newly laid carpet which caused it to unravel quite a bit. In a panic I called Impressive Basements to see what could be done to fix/replace the carpet and they scheduled someone to come out same day to replace the area free of charge! 4 years later our carpet and floors are still like new!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Free estimates and financing is available through Wells Fargo. Just go to our Website and click on the credit card icon to see if you qualify.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make Basement Finishing easy and painless. First, we set an appointment that is convenient for you. Day, night or weekend. Then one of our experienced design professionals meets with you in person, looks at your space, listens to what your dream basement would look like and draws out a design that fits your budget, and gives you a firm price the same day! Once you have decided to proceed with your project, we put you on our schedule, usually within one to three weeks. We usually like to start on Mondays. Our Forman will arrive at your house between 8:30 and 9:00am every weekday and work to around 4pm. We don’t usually work on the weekends unless we are asked to. We will not pull off your job to go to another job. We stick with your job till it’s done. We use trade specific people, licensed electricians, licensed plumbers, carpenters, flooring people etc. We complete most basement remodeling projects in Two Weeks! If you have a bathroom that usually adds a week to the project, it also is counting on timely inspections. Add that’s it….Fast and Friendly and We guarantee it!
