I had a dilemma of needing a very heavy sleeper sofa moved from a home into a truck the same day. I contacted several people and this was the only company that actually responded in a timely manner right away and even after they completed the job that same day I still only had a generic message from only 2 other companies. I understand it was last minute but Bruce and Jeff did not make me feel like I was crazy for trying to have this done within half a day of contacting them. They did a great job and were the ones that made sure it was strapped down something I didn’t even think about. The people/home it was moved out of actually then hired them for Sunday(two days later and on a weekend) because of how they did the job well for me. Honest hard work is unfortunately hard to come by these days but we certainly were fortunate enough to find just that with these two guys!!

Mr Bruce Smothers and his associate Miles moved a set of bookcases into the basement, and unloaded and moved their replacements from the driveway to our den. They were careful and professional and performed the work as originally quoted. No surprises. I would gladly use them team again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are in the Introduction, however certain situations may increase price. For example extremely heavy items will be slightly higher to move. Or if we have to transport heavy items up more than 2 flights of stairs the price may increase. On the other hand, if the job turns out not to last as long or is simply an easier job than thought we may reduce the price
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we like to have early contact. Through Thumbtack or preferably by phone. We can go from there and make magic happen
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I learned from some great people. I was always a hard worker, but once that's applied to opportunity and training It became a lifestyle and occupation. This job is mental not always just physical and we learned this mental stability though life's ups and downs. Oh yea..We have are pretty strong physically too..Give us a call
