Phit Physique Power Pilates is an online and in-home Pilates and strength studio led by a dedicated mother-daughter team. I’m Nicole, a Pilates instructor with over 13 years of experience, joined by my daughter Gabrielle. Together, we specialize in corrective exercise, pain relief, strength, and mobility—supporting women through every stage of life, with a special focus on pre-, peri-, and post-menopausal health.
