- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no complicated pricing, if you want it fixed, the parts cost so much and I charge so much to install them. Whats so hard about that?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am also certified in the latest refrigerant R410A a high pressure refrigerant used in new refrigerators, and central air conditioners. Also HFC 134A for automobiles. Which is over and beyond the universal certification. Always looking for the best ways to help my customers.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of the jobs I do are repairs. I found there is never that much wrong with a product if it hasn't been cobbled up or abused. Some things just plain wear out and need to be replaced.
