We recently helped to make ready a home in north Memphs that is used to house families through a battered women's shelter. We replaced floors, painted, made plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, pressure washed the house, driveway, and walkway, repaired doors, replaced stair railings... And more.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Never accept a quote over the phone! (If a contractor submits a bid without looking at the job, EXPECT poor quality AND cost overruns!) Ask a lot of questions. Don't just accept the lowest bid. Even on rental properties and such.
