- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am subscribed to multiple exercise journals that provide research articles and quizzes to make sure I retain the information.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Training for boot camp. I was small. I graduated HS at only 125lbs and now I'm 180. The training for basic training got me in the gym then I saw results and got addicted.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I provide a 100% individualized routine for my clients. Even if you choose a group training package. Most of my clients are weight loss and toning.
