This was my first experience using Thumbtack, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I was looking for someone to create a balloon arch for my daughter’s baby shower, and Runda did an excellent job! The balloon arch turned out beautiful and was exactly what I was hoping for.
What really stood out to me was how Runda went above and beyond. While she was working on the balloon arch, she noticed that I was creating my own centerpieces and offered to help me with them. She absolutely did not have to do that, but she took the time to help, and I am so grateful for her kindness and willingness to go the extra mile.
Runda was professional, talented, helpful, and truly made my daughter’s baby shower even more special. I would definitely book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful balloondecorations and someone who genuinely cares about making your event special.

I'm so glad | selected Sharunda at All About Flowers Party Decor. I had a short notice request and she patiently talked me through options and upgrades for my first ever balloon arch. I checked out a few vendors and she offered the best price and was quick to respond. I ordered a half-arch in pastel colors and she was able to match the inspo pictures I sent. She was communicative in the app and then by text and
provided updates about her arrival. I also had a same-day request which she was able to accommodate so I was able to add on four helium balloon bundles at the last minute when I couldn't find a place to get them myself. Sharunda arrived on time with the balloons already blown up which was good because I only had a short time for preparation at the venue. Sharunda had the arch prepared as planned and the birthday girl loved her celebration surprise. I'm very happy with the service from Sharunda and would highly recommend her. I wish I took photos of the arch because it was everything I wanted it to be.

Our pricing is determined by the amount of time, materials and distance required to get to the location in order to get the project complete and beautiful.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy working with new customers because I try to educate them on the product, whether they are purchasing from us or someone else. We want them to know what to expect for their purchase.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having more than 20 + hours of floral training to learn the latest techniques for flower arrangements and how to maintain the flowers ensure they last for a long duration. As well as attend regular monthly balloon classes to ensure sure my skills are always up to date. I also volunteer my services to less deserving people in order to give back to my community.
