I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the services provided by Ground Masters. Admittedly, when I first received the quote, I thought it was a bit expensive. However, after seeing the quality of their work, I now believe their quote was truly an undervaluation of the services they provide. The crew came to prepare the ground for a playscape, and it was a huge undertaking. Every member of the team worked diligently and treated the project as if it were being done at their own home. I worked closely with both Derrek and Nick and their level of responsiveness, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction was unmatched. They were accommodating, attentive, and genuinely invested in ensuring the project was completed with excellence. You cannot ask for a higher level of commitment, dedication, quality, or service than what I witnessed from Ground Masters. The ground was in worse condition than I realized, and they had to deal with rocks and other challenges, yet they handled everything without complaint or hesitation. They went above and beyond in every way. What impressed me even more was that, without being asked and without even telling me beforehand, they added fresh soil, grass seed, and hay to bare patches around the playscape area to help regenerate grass growth. That was a complete surprise and a true reflection of their character and work ethic. That is what you can expect from Ground Masters. They look at what needs to be done, and they do it. There are no halfway measures with them. They are truly the best of the best. I am already thinking of other projects I would like them to work on.
