I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the services provided by Ground Masters.
Admittedly, when I first received the quote, I thought it was a bit expensive. However, after seeing the quality of their work, I now believe their quote was truly an undervaluation of the services they provide.
The crew came to prepare the ground for a playscape, and it was a huge undertaking. Every member of the team worked diligently and treated the project as if it were being done at their own home. I worked closely with both Derrek and Nick and their level of responsiveness, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction was unmatched. They were accommodating, attentive, and genuinely invested in ensuring the project was completed with excellence. You cannot ask for a higher level of commitment, dedication, quality, or service than what I witnessed from Ground Masters.
The ground was in worse condition than I realized, and they had to deal with rocks and other challenges, yet they handled everything without complaint or hesitation. They went above and beyond in every way.
What impressed me even more was that, without being asked and without even telling me beforehand, they added fresh soil, grass seed, and hay to bare patches around the playscape area to help regenerate grass growth. That was a complete surprise and a true reflection of their character and work ethic.
That is what you can expect from Ground Masters. They look at what needs to be done, and they do it. There are no halfway measures with them. They are truly the best of the best.

I had a positive experience with the Ground Masters landscaping company, despite some technical difficulties in the very beginning, due to the Thumbtack platform. The crew from Ground Masters showed up on time and immediately began working diligently, continuing throughout the entire day. When the project needed additional time, they continued to work closely with me to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction.
The Ground Masters landscapers also added extra touches to enhance the appearance of my artificial turf that made my front yard look beautiful. I’ve already received compliments from several neighbors who are impressed with how attractive everything looks now.

Derrek and his team were absolutely amazing! He and his landscapedesigner, Nick are two of the most talented, hardworking individuals I've ever met. They cleared out my front and back yards (50+ years worth of overgrown weeds and invasive plants) and installed new sod and beautiful new flowers. To say they went above and beyond would be a huge understatement. They reinforced the wood holding together my flower beds, which had kind of fallen apart over time, they created a little path with some spare pavers they had recycled from a previous area in the yard, and they were extremely friendly and kind throughout the entire process. To top it all off, they worked well within my budget. I'm still getting compliments on my yards two months after the fact. They worked SO hard, and I am so grateful to have hired them! Cannot recommend them enough!!
