Tristan’s did an amazing job on installing the power box and plug for my portable generator, that he referred, he helped choose the best model for the size of my home. He came through when he said he would and his work is flawless! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a secondary power source for your home to contact him. He knows his stuff and won’t steer you wrong. I’m extremely happy with my choice in him. He is a true professional and I’ll be using him again when I’m ready to upgrade. While the generator hookup installation itself was done satisfactorily, our disappointment stems from the fact that a crucial component, the interlock, was never installed despite several months of waiting. The contractor's responsiveness dwindled, and efforts to rectify the situation regarding the missing interlock were consistently met with delays and unkept promises. After several weeks of gaps in communication with us having to initiate a following up, the contractor offered a refund for the interlock kit or if we wanted to wait another week for it to come in to complete the job. We said we would wait yet another week for the interlock and wanted the job completed as promised. After 3 weeks, we still had no word from the contractor and no follow up. UPDATE: We were refunded for the interlock kit. Although the refund came after our initial review, we appreciate that a refund was granted by the contractor. We are not giving 5 stars mainly due to poor communication and unfortunately the job was not completed as promised (whether the interlock kit being continuously not available may or may not have been in the control of the contractor.) However, for the work that was completed, it was completed well with no complaints there.

Tristan did an outstanding job installing our generator. He was thorough, skilled, and knowledgeable about his trade. He was also patient and willing to explain in great detail what the project entailed which my husband could really appreciate. He was always on time and even went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with his work. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the future.
