Darren from Doinks was very professional, he explained what was wrong with our washing machine, and he also talked to the home warranty company we have explaining to them what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix our washer, as the cost was so high mainly due to parts it enabled us to get a replacement machine through our warranty.
