- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and based on the scope of the project, materials, and time required. I provide clear estimates up front so there are no surprises. I don’t believe in hidden fees — the price we agree on is the price you’ll pay. For repeat customers and referrals, I’m happy to discuss discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening carefully to what the customer wants and discussing ideas for the project. From there, I provide an honest estimate and timeline. Once the work begins, I keep communication open, show up on time, and treat every home with respect. My goal is to make the process smooth and deliver results that meet or exceed expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of residential carpentry and home repair experience, including over 5 years working with a professional door contractor. I also have nearly two decades of technical experience maintaining and repairing complex electronic and mechanical equipment. My hands-on background covers carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, electrical fixture installation, and electronics repair, giving me a well-rounded skill set to handle a wide range of projects.
