Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. We do not charge hidden fees. Standard support is billed at a flat hourly rate, and you will always know the cost before any work begins. For ongoing needs, we offer bundled plans, tiered pricing based on user count for MSP clients, and returning-customer discounts. Pricing may vary depending on complexity or special project requirements. If a job is expected to take longer than planned, we notify you immediately and get approval before moving forward.

We begin with a quick assessment to understand the issue or project. Once we confirm the scope, we outline the steps, expected timelines, and pricing. After approval, we get to work immediately. When the job is complete, we walk you through everything that was done and provide recommendations to keep your systems running smoothly.
