- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start off with by sending an introductory letter laying out the process that I like to follow with my clients. I will also send a copy of my contract for clients to look over to ensure my terms are agreeable. The contract also includes a two-three page questionnaire. This helps me gather details about the type of wedding clients are interested in so that I may better make their ceremony that much more enjoyable for them. Once I receive a signed copy of the contract and deposit (necessary to hold your date) I typically then ask to meet clients in person. Circumstances are flexible, of course. I prefer to meet in a public place. An initial consultation generally lasts an hour to two hours depending on the client's questions and input. My main concern, however, is us getting to know each other so that my clients feel comfortable with me and I can "feel them out" for their ceremony drafting. Customizing your ceremony is serious business! Once we meet, I will then start working on putting your ceremony together!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been ordained for almost 6 years and have performed many different types of ceremonies. I have over twenty years in Retail Management and am very comfortable with customer relations. I do honestly believe I am here to make you happy.
