I called ABC door company on a Thursday. He said he would come out on a Friday and revise the estimate I previously was quoted. Friday came and there was no call from them and no show. I will not ever use this door company. That is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I did not call them back. I should not be calling for your service when I am paying near $1000 for a door!

My schedule was totally up in the air with moving into the new house and the closing and packing I wound up waiting to the very last minute to actually call and schedule the installation. In fact, it was 9pm the night before I was hoping to get the door installed. Nik was friendly prompt and courteous.
He made an accommodation in his schedule and came out to install the next morning. He installed the door quickly and cleanly and it works without any issues. In fact I have a warranty on the install for the next year. I highly recommend his services. I had called around to a few places before finally deciding to go with him. His prices were more than reasonable and the service was excellent. In fact. To his credit when I was paying him, in my groggy state (from all the packing, unpacking, and other stresses) I actually gave him too much money. He spotted it, called me out on it and gave me the extra cash back. I think that says quite a lot about his ethics and business practices. Good guy, great service at affordable prices. You cant ask for much more than that.

I had Nik do repair work on a garage in my home on the market, which I have already vacated. He was quick to identify the issue, and fixed it on the spot. He had spare parts in his van, and the labor/parts were very reasonable. Everything was done over the phone, including payment. He didn't respond to Thumbtack messaging, so you should call him. He usually picks up every call.
