- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lesson costs $45 for 30 - 45 minutes which will include the book the student needs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free lesson where I introduce my services, I play the piano for the student and I allow the student to play or express their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to a music conservatory like school in Albania from the age of 6 until 13 years old. Then I took private lessons in the states, as well as completed piano classes at Oakland University.
