Derek was fantastic to work with and I'd use him again in a heartbeat. He came out the same day I called. We knew the problem was a torn gasket, so before Derek came out, he'd tried to get the replacement part, but the part stores were out of stock. We expected he'd have to order one and it would be a few days before the repair could be completed. Later the same day, while picking up a part for another customer, he had the forethought to ask about shipments that had come in that afternoon, and was able to find the part we needed in that day's receiving at the parts store. With his quick thinking, he was able to get the part and get back out that day to finish the repair. He also did a thorough check of the machine for any other issues that could come up, and ran the machine through a deep clean cycle. Today, I have a clean washer -- and clean laundry! Derek is the best!
