Victor was very quick to respond to my request. He was very courteous and professional. His price was amazing to install pad and re-install carpet after flooding in my basement. Very quality materials and the crew was quick, clean and courteous. Victor and Quest Flooring exceeded my expectations!

Victor was very quick to respond to our inquiries. He and his coworker did a great job stretching our carpet. They even cleaned up behind themselves, which our former carpet stretcher company did not do at all.

Quest Flooring provided carpet installation services to me on 3/13/2015. Their customer service was exceptional. I have never hired a company and had my expectations met without any problems besides this one. I would recommend them to family and friends. My carpet looks gorgeous throughout my entire home. This is a family owned company and they were pleasant and accommodating throughout my experience. I can't offer enough praises, give them your business and you will not regret it.

Very responsive to the original posting. Victor called within 12 hours after my posting, we agreed on a price over phone. His team was out for the job within 3 hours after that. Completed on time, clean work, good price. Barbara followed in the evening for ensuring work is done.
